- We’ll give you a full refund on any item that you are not 100% satisfied with.
- If an incorrect or damaged item was shipped to you, we will gladly issue a full refund (excludes expedited shipping) or replacement.
- It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipping of our product back to our warehouse. You may send the item to our Los Angeles warehouse & manufacturing facility:

- You can take up to 30 days from the receipt of the item to return the merchandise. We recommend that you do not throw out packaging and/or order number information until you are sure of your complete satisfaction with your product.
- Sale items may be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the item and we will issue a store credit.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Without exception, used items are NOT returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Any item(s) that comes back to us in a condition that cannot be resold as new is considered USED. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR USED ITEM. Do not fold or use tape on the surface or backing of the rug.
- Please write the Return Authorization (RA) # with black marker on the package.
- Custom orders (custom rugs, broadloom/wall-to-wall and custom rug pads), custom border rugs, stair treads/rugs and sisal remnants are not returnable under any circumstances.
